In this video we look at the very under used strategy of betting on draws in the football/soccer market. Predicting draws can be a difficult process but with the aid of this video you will be able to pick matches that have a good chance of ending all square. By doing so you will be able to make profitable selection in the 1×2 betting market allowing you to build a healthy profit.
By using an increasing stakes method we can protect ourselves against long winless (or drawless) sequences by ensuring that when we do hit that draw our profits will be reinstated.
Please always practice good bankroll management and only bet what you are comfortable with losing..

  1. Thanks for this video mate. A couple of questions if I may? Firstly, what do you do when you have several games that fit the criteria you're looking for that are on at the same time or that overlap each other? How would you choose between them? Secondly, as I'm sure you're aware, the odds on the Betfair Exchange move about all the time, especially within the last 20 minutes before kick off, sometimes I'll spot a game where both teams are priced below 3.00 and seconds later one will be priced at like 3.15 or longer, what do you do in that situation? And finally, how long before kick off do you place your draw bets? Thanks in advance!

  2. how does the time of the opening goal effect draw expectation ? for example last 290 games in the Premier League where home team opened the scoring in the 0-10 time band and 1-0 at 11 minutes , only 19/290 ended 1-1 and only 12% ended a draw . You back the draw before the game starts in the Premier League and there is an early home goal and now you have a bad value bet …

  3. I've played about with this and early testing is giving a 60% win rate, early days so I will stick rigidly with my refine system. Oddly I discovered by accident an indicator that shows when the underdog is likely to cause an upset. I'm all about the single no double.

  4. An interesting strategy and similar to one i use myself. I tend to focus on one team within various divisions (which allows me to invest all year round)
No criticisms of the system you propose just a couple of observations:
    1. Having run this through excel, folks should realise that it is a decreasing return strategy i.e. on the £5 starting stake at bet No5 the return is 25% but at bet No10 the return is 10% despite a significantly higher bet and overall stake. (assuming an average draw odds of 3.25
    2. I always follow strategies like this one on paper first over a period of time with no money down to test just how well the system performs.

Finally, if you don't mind Math Bet Man could you provide us with an update on your performance since your last post.

I am currently starting a paper analysis of the system to check out the returns to determine whether it meets my risk threshold.

My own stake system is based on the odds offered. A comparison that I can share is as follows:
A Scottish team I follow had gone 7 games without a draw ( A really poor run given the 25 -30% draw percentage) but based on my system of looking at a minimum of 25% return on overall investment my 8th bet was £18.99 (with a starter bet of £5) which finally won and provided me with a win of £67.43 on a cumulative investment of £53.94 thus giving me £13.49 profit and a margin of 25%

Now you can scale this up as much as you want or as much as your bookie will allow.

Would welcome a reply sir and any other constructive comments from other folks interested in trying to make a bit of money via football betting.

  5. Interesting. Will test it out. Will try Watford vs Norwich using that criteria. Both teams are close in league. Norwich have gone 6 games without a draw. Bet Explorer Soccer Streaks.

  6. Hey guys, I'm betting the second month with pristinetips.com and his picks are just awesome, the worst part is that you have to pay more for tips but if you have the budget, then definitely go for it. or if you are not sure yet, just keep eyes on him so you can see it's a real deal

  7. There are a few components to betting systems. One resource I discovered which successfully combines these is the Simple Sports Goldmine (google it if you're interested) without a doubt the most useful resource that I've seen.look at all the awesome info.

  8. Betting progressively higher amounts is called "chasing your losses". Good way to lose your bank. It's a system built quite honestly, for lucky people. ie the type who get last minute goals going in their favour while some people get them going against them. There are still ways to make it slightly better. eg If the first 3-4 games are not draws and the next game is still level late on you could look at cashing out if it means getting all your stake money for this run back, even though you're not winning anything this time it gives you the chance to recoup and go back to game 1 again with no loss. You could also simply aim to get your stake money back after maybe the 3-4 game rather than punting extra for a win. This might stretch your bank for an 11th game which might just save your bacon.

  9. Thanks a lot for the video, my friend. Draw can be really profitable but we should have the methods to do so. In my country (Brazil) the bet's are really new cause it was illegal until a couple years ago, and we don't have this kind of content. Thanks a lot and sorry for my bad english, I've tried my best.

  10. pure coincidence I have been using the x 1.5 on half time markets and like you keep getting caught out overlapping and it gets very messy ……..so thanks for sharing and being brutally honest……….maybe run two seperate sequences ? that way you can overlap

  11. Excellent video, I started doing this yesterday, so far my record is: W,W,L,L,L,L, so 4 losses in a row, waiting for that 5th or 6th to be a draw.

  13. Thanks for the video. But i need to say that you somehow are giving the dangerous idea that after a loosing streak of 10, the draw will certainly happen. sooner or later, bigger losing streaks will happen and if they happen only one time, that's enough to bankrupt. besides, if you quit after 10 or 9 games without winning, you already loose a significant percentage of your money. I guess in order to this system works, it would need a treatment of the cumulating debt.
